ADMISSIONS POLICY

Infinity Beauty School does not recruit students attending similar institutions.

All applicants will be eligible for admission if they possess a High School Diploma, or General Equivalency

Diploma (GED), and are at least 16 years of age.

Foreign students who completed their secondary education abroad may be admitted by having their

credentials translated and evaluated in order to certify that their credentials are equivalent to a high

school diploma. This verification of a foreign student’s high school documentation must be conducted

by an outside agency that is qualified to translate documents into English and confirm academic

equivalence to a U.S. high school diploma.

Ability to Benefit (ATB): Prospective students who are beyond the age of compulsory attendance and have

the ability to benefit from the training may also qualify for admission. Students may establish ability to

benefit by enrolling in Infinity Beauty School on a cash basis and completing satisfactorily 225 clock hours

in their selected program. This is only a permissible means of admission for programs that are 600 clock

hours or longer. Infinity Beauty School does not accept Ability-to-Benefit (ATB) examinations as a basis for

admission.

For students with a US high school diploma, the Academy will verify the authenticity of the diploma prior

to enrollment. If the diploma cannot be verified, the student may be asked to provide a final high school

transcript showing the dates of entrance and graduation and the courses completed. If a transcript is not

available, the student will be required to meet the ability to benefit (ATB) requirements or take and pass a

GED test prior to enrollment.

Re-Entry / Reinstatement:

Students whose enrollment has been terminated may request reinstatement of the enrollment after 30 days

have elapsed since the effective date of the termination. This request should be in writing, addressed to the

School Director, and specify the reasons for the request. The school Director will reinstate the student if

he/she is convinced that the reasons for the termination have been corrected. The decision of the school

Director regarding reinstatement is final and unappealable.

Credit for Previous Training

Upon written request, the student may be admitted to an advanced level of training, after evaluation of official

transcripts from their respective school. The Director will conduct the evaluation and may include both

written and practical examinations. The student’s tuition account will be adjusted to reflect the reduced hours

of training, accordingly.

Non-Discrimination:

Infinity Beauty School does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, sex, financial

status, country or ethnic origin, residence, or handicap.
